Black versus white cardstock as background | Live More with Janna Werner

Hello crafty friends, this is Janna. I am here today to share two scapbooking layouts with you, using the Pinkfresh Studio 'Live More' collection. One page was created with a white, the other with a black cardstock in the background and as you can see, the look and feel of the pages vary a lot, although I used the Live More collection on both of them. Let's have a closer look at both pages.

While the first scrapbooking layout with a white background appears soft and light, the second one looks more powerful and highlights the middle part way more, due to the black cardstock.

Although I like contrast as a design principle, I tend to prefer the light cardstock page over the dark one - what do you think?! Let us know in the comments. :)
