Be You layouts with Anna
Hello! Today Anna is here with my new March projects - two layouts about my sweet girls, created using Be You collection. I played only with this line, and just added some matching color enamel dots from my stash.
I was inspired by 'Real' paper sheet to create my first layout. Yes, here I had the long date with the fussy cutting, but my efforts were worth it! I used the scissors with sharp blades to cut off the center piece of paper (it is large enough to use the back side for another project). I then foam mounted the floral frame I've got to dotted mint side of 'Sincere' paper sheet. And I like the dimensions there!
My base for the layout was ready, and I used this beautiful black and white picture of my eldest daughter. She is so soft and gentle here, flowers are a great addition to such photo. I didn't add any other layers here - the picture is pretty big and layout is full of details and depth to add something else.
I foam mounted the picture tot he background and complemented it with some embellishments: Puffy Stickers, Ephemera Pack, Chipboard Stickers, Mini Leatherette Flags and Wood Buttons.
The idea for my next layout came from 'Kind' paper sheet - I adore the color scheme and all those small squares. It made me think of replacing some of the squares with photos. Great idea for the situation, when you have so many pictures and can't pick only one or two for the layout (it a constant problem when you have kids LOL!). I just had a similar situation with my youngest baby, and I was happy to create such layout with her last pictures.
I cropped the photos to square and printed them in size 4x4 cm. I then foam mounted them to the background. I tried to put them in such a way that they are evenly distributed on the layout.
And the last step was to add some embellishments, that make the page even more cuter. Have a great day!
