Adding Small Sunbursts to your Layout | Eva Pizarro

Hello Pink Fresh fans! It’s Eva here on the blog today, and I’m excited to share a fun and easy layout created with the Lovely Lane collection.

For this project, I was inspired by the beautiful stars included in the Ephemera pack. I knew I wanted to highlight them by creating a striking sunburst effect in the background. Let me show you how you can achieve this look!

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Use the Wrap Around Elements die to cut paper fringes from the 6x8-inch paper pad.
2. Roll the fringes, leaving about ¾ inch of space in the center.
3. Open the fringes and trim the edges to create a variety of sizes.
4. Arrange them on your layout base. For added dimension, glue some fringes facing up and others facing down.
5. Decorate each sunburst with stars and hearts from the Ephemera pack, then add your photo.
6. Finish the layout with chipboard shapes, 3D stickers, and enamel dots.

Tip: Try arranging the sunbursts in different ways across your page. Color-blocking the sunbursts could give your design a playful and unique effect!
