A way to use pieces of patterned papers leftover from other projects | Cristina Sales

Hi Pinkfresh Studio community Cristina here with you today to show you the way I chose to use several pieces of patterned paper left over from previous work.

It often happens to end up with many pieces of beautiful paper that you do not want to throw away but which you are unable to insert into a layout. Today I show you how I recovered some of these from Pinkfresh Studio's Noteworthy collection. These beautiful papers really stand out a lot, I think!

Ok let's get started.

For my first page I started with a white cardstock on which I built a very smooth composition using one of the patterned paper that I have seen most shared on socials in many ways, it is the paper with rainbows, joyful heart, so beautiful design. Since the photo chosen for this layout reminded me a lot of my childhood dream I chose the rainbow symbol with these beautiful pastel colors. I then wanted to create the sun using a wonderful die, radiating background 2,  that really perfectly fits with the effect I wanted to achieve.

I cut out my pic using a round punch to keep the shape of the sun I wanted to create.

Many embellishments as puffy stickersephemera die-cuts and floral ones helped me to decorate my page using the same shades of colors used to create the rainbow. I really love this composition.

To add a soft theme I added this beautiful bicycle cut file and I cut it three times using the beauty of simplicity patterned paper. and glued each one to each other to have a very strong element. Then I cut out the round wheel used a white cardstock and make the bicycle much more real.

The title has made by the puffy alphas of the same beautiful collection. To complete my composition I added some enamel dots.

The second page has made using different stripes of the Noteworthy brand new collection. As I already said I usually have many leftover beautiful pieces of paper I can't add anywhere so this is a really easy way to use them in a fun way.

I had many pieces of paper from this collection leftover from previous works and that I could no longer use for my layouts, but I didn't want to throw them away because this collection is really fantastic and therefore I had the idea of recovering them by creating an enchanting background. Paper used are just be you, Happy thoughts, enchanted blooms.

I used beautiful puffy stickers, ephemera die-cuts, enamel dots to decorate my page.

I decided to use a picture I saved many years ago and that is the bedroom of my dreams, the colors perfectly fit with the elements of this beautiful collection full of elements that were perfect for my page.

I also added a really lovely cut file, you can download it here with four plants I cut in different sizes and using a white cardstock because the background was already too much full of colors.

For this page I also have a process video so here it is to follow me and see how it's born.

Thanks for joining me today and see you to the next post.
