Project #69 is a scrapbooking layout featuring a picture of my husband and me visiting Catalina Island. In the photo, we’re in Two Harbors at Buffalo Campground.

This layout includes stamped imagery from the “Take Pride” set, textured stenciled stripes made using the horizontal stripes stencil, and patterned paper from the “Celebrate” collection.

It’s snowing and gloomy at my place right now, so my pics of this layout are not stellar — I plan to re-take them when I can get better lighting. I LOVE how this layout turned out and am so happy to add it to my scrapbook; thank you so much for hosting this challenge and motivating me to make this project!

You asked us to comment and share a couple details about our projects, or to mention some challenges we’d like to see in coming months. re project #66: I used a couple of different Pinkfresh patterned papers, some Pinkfresh birthday-themed stamps and some old-school scalloped scissors to create a pretty birthday card with a scalloped oval frame.

re challenges I’d like to see in the coming months, that’s a great question. I LOVED this challenge theme! Maybe another one along these lines, where people could incorporate a certain shape, like a star, teardrop, heart or triangle…or Maybe a sketch challenge?

Thanks so much for hosting this challenge. I really appreciate having the bit of extra motivation to add to my card stash.

Better late than never. Entry 60. I cut up die cuts from the Dainty Blossoms die set to make this bouquet. Can’t decide whether it’s for Mother’s Day or birthday, so no sentiment. Not sure where it would go anyway. I love the sketchy nature of these flowers.

Entry 51 – I used the My Favorite and Grateful Heart papers from Days of Splendor to create a gallery on my project. It’s actually a double page for an extra wide gallery – thanks for this opportunity!

Great challenge and contributions by both designers and entrants. I used a variety of stand alone frame dies both for A4 cards and slim line cards to create this layout. Some stencilling with the plaid stencil, hand stitched details and groups of blue brads complement my page.

This is a fun challenge! I used the Beautiful blooms, heat embossed Folk Garden and stitched scalloped circle frame. I had extra flowers and did a second card on black card base using a Folk Edge rectangle on it. I think I need more frames.

SO happy to have found your challenge! I used your Just A Hello Floral stamps and dies for my friendship card (along with all the colors in the inspiration photo). I created my own oval frame from black glitter cardstock. All of your DT inspiration samples are gorgeous! ;)

I found a very pretty way to ‘frame’ my sentiment on my card today! I hope you think so, too! Those mini foiled butterflies found a pretty colorful place to perch!
Thanks, Pinkfresh for such beautiful products to play with!

I love the colours chosen for this challenge! And I know you guys have a ton of great frames to use for this! I can’t wait to get my entries in! I’ve been watching a lot of water-coloring with Emily Midgett so I’m definitely going to have to try that and Frame It Up for this challenge!
