Monthly Challenges

January 2020 Challenge

January 2020 Challenge

Welcome to the January challenge at Pinkfresh Studio! You all created such amazing projects for last month's challenge, and we can't wait to see what you create this month! This challenge is for ALL papercrafters - including scrapbooking, cardmaking, minis, journals, notebooks & more!

If you haven't checked it out yet, we featured our Top 3 Cards & Layouts, plus the prize winners from the November challenge on yesterday's post! Who knows...maybe it will be YOU this month! You never know unless you play along! :)

This month's challenge is a 2019 Challenge in Review!

We think it's so fun to take a look back at the previous year of challenges, and take them on with fresh eyes! It's the perfect time to play along with a challenge you didn't get around to, or to use up some leftover goodies from all our collections & product released in 2019.

The sky is the limit, and we can't wait to see your challenge review projects. This can include layouts, cards, notebook spreads, mini albums, DIY decor...anything that is papercrafting related. As always, you are welcome to use just the theme, just the colors or mix them together and use both! Just be sure to mention which month you were inspired by in your post!

You can view/download a larger version of the challenge graphic at this Dropbox Link - this might make it a little easier to see the challenge graphics a bit larger!

I really was hoping to participate more in this lovely challenge, but life had other plans for me ;-) Nevertheless, I am glad I at least managed to make one project for it – all thanks to your amazing rainbow washi! Of course, I went for the May “rainbow” challenge with “anything goes” as a theme… I love rainbow anything, so this was a no brainer for me! I guess I’ll challenge myself with other colour combos in the coming months, when the challenges get more specific ;-) [Handmade By Mirella]

Thank you so much for the inspiration!! I loved that it was basically a free for all this month!! Gave me lots of options!

I was inspired by the March 2019 to use florals….I don’t tend to use many florals on my layouts but I am pushing myself to include them more!

What a fun challenge! I had to go with Circle Elements because I just got the Braided Circles Die Set!!! I’ve used older stamps on my entry because that’s what I’ve got in my stash BUT I’ve order a lot of new PF goodies!! I’m so excited!

I’ve had fun looking back at all the challenges last year. Now that I have a few more PF products, I’m hoping to play each month. The DT always inspires me—even the layouts & I don’t scrap—haha! Can’t think of a particular theme to suggest, but I always enjoy trying new techniques that use products most people already have in their stash. Thanks so much for giving us all a chance to win gift certificates. Not all companies do that & it’s very much appreciated!

This is my first time participating in one of your challenges. :) I just had to use the cute fox from the Playful Animals 1 stamp set to create a card inspired by the anything goes challenge from May 2019.

TaeEun Yoo – inspired by July 2019 is absolutely amazing! So much great inspiration! And I love the chance to decide on which theme to use. So many options! Do you know if you can enter more than once anyone?

Thanks for this challenge. It is always good to see the previous challenges. It is like a revisit in your favourite city. Checking the previous layouts/cards of the DT is so inspiring. Hope we will see more inspirations from the new collections. Can’t wait to see them and have them in my hands 😁.
