Hello everyone! Hope you’re having a great week! It’s TaeEun here today sharing a cheerful floral birthday card! I used the Wildflower Slimline product suite to create a floral pattern for my card.

To start off I stamped the Wildflower Slimline in Detail Black on Neenah solar white cardstock and stenciled the flowers using the layering stencil set. I stenciled the flowers in various bright Spring colors for a refreshing and cheerful look. The ink color combos I chose are Sunshine/Marigold, Apricot/Clementine, Sparkling Rose/Bubble Gum and Sky Blue/Summer Shower. The leaves were stenciled in Key Lime and Aquamarine. I used the same colors for the second layer of the leaves with more pressure while ink blending. After the stenciling was done I cut them using the coordinating die and set them aside.

Next I cut a white panel with the Hexagon Tile coverplate die and adhered it on a white cardbase. I then added the stenciled flowers on it using foam adhesive making an overall floral pattern.

The sentiment from the Modern Script Sentiments set was stamped in Detail Black and cut with the coordinating die. I placed it on two layers of stars which were cut using the Nested Stars die set. The larger star was cut from some white cardstock and some vellum. I ink blended Sunshine on the back of the vellum star and adhered it on the white star. I foam mounted the small white star on it to create the base for the sentiment.

To embellish my card I scattered lots of Jewels in pastel colors.
