One of the things I love most about scene-building products is how much creative freedom they offer. Instead of starting with a fixed composition, you get to decide what your scene will look like, which elements to include, and how to arrange them to tell your own little story.
Today, I'm sharing a card from my latest YouTube Live featuring two products from Pinkfresh Studio's Gather & Bloom release: Sunlit Table (previously released) and Gathered in Gratitude. These coordinating designs make creating a beautiful tablescape surprisingly simple. Sunlit Table provides the setting, complete with a beautifully detailed table and charming background, while Gathered in Gratitude offers an assortment of decorative elements to bring the scene to life.
What makes these products especially versatile is their mix-and-match potential. The individual elements can be arranged in countless combinations, and they even coordinate with the previously released Citrus Still Life suite, giving you more opportunities to create something entirely your own.
For my card, I envisioned a lovely gathering with a bowl of fresh fruit, a beautifully iced cake, and a glass of rosé. It's a cheerful little scene that feels ready for a celebration or an afternoon spent with someone special. The only thing missing is another glass for a friend!
The best part? Once you've stamped and stenciled your images, the card practically makes itself. Let's take a look at how it all comes together!

How to re-create this card:
- Create a top-folding A2 card base from white cardstock.
- Stamp the Sunlit Table cling stamp onto an A2-sized white cardstock panel using Detail Black ink.
- Color the stamped Sunlit Table image using the coordinating stencils:
- Stencil 1: Warm Buff, Doe
- Stencil 2: Doe, Gathered Twigs
- Stencil 3: Fresh Pear, Emerald, Olive, Cherry Blossom, Peony
- Stencil 4: Cherry Blossom, Mulberry Blush
- Stencil 5: Mulberry Blush, Peony
- Stamp the two large Gathered in Gratitude images onto white cardstock using Detail Black ink.
- Color the Gathered in Gratitude images using the coordinating stencils:
- Stencil 1: Warm Buff, Doe
- Stencil 2: Sky Blue, Seaside
- Stencil 3: Cherry Blossom, Peony
- Stencil 4: Fresh Pear, Olive
- Stencil 5: Peony, Candy Apple
- Stencil 6: Cherry Blossom, Peony, Candy Apple
- Die cut the Gathered in Gratitude images using the coordinating dies. Cut two additional blank die cuts for each element being used, then stack the matching layers together with liquid glue for added dimension and stability.
- Arrange the fruit bowl, iced cake, wine bottle, and glass on the stenciled table. Experiment with the placement and overlap of the elements to create a natural-looking tablescape.
- Adhere the pieces using a combination of liquid glue and 2 mm and 3 mm foam tape to create varying levels of dimension.
- Finish by adhering the completed panel to the top-folding A2 card base.

What I love most about this card is how easily the design comes together once the individual pieces are ready. The Sunlit Table background establishes the setting, and the Gathered in Gratitude images give you everything you need to make the scene your own.
There's also a valuable design lesson here: the arrangement of your elements can be just as important as the elements themselves. By varying the placement, overlap, and dimension of the individual pieces, you can create a scene that feels layered and natural without adding complicated techniques.
And don't forget that these products coordinate with the Citrus Still Life suite! Mixing elements from both collections opens up even more creative possibilities, whether you're designing a casual afternoon gathering, a celebratory tablescape, or something entirely different.
I hope this project inspires you to experiment with scene building and see just how many different cards you can create from the same collection of images. Be sure to watch the YouTube Live replay to see the process in action, and explore the Gather & Bloom release for more creative inspiration.
Happy crafting!
