Framed Joyful Bouquet | Dilay Nacar
Hello, friends!
Dilay here and I am back today sharing a card that I created using the Joyful Bouquet washi tape, stamp, and die from the new release! If you haven’t already done so, be sure to check out Monday’s blog hop showcasing this new release for tons of inspiration and, of course, giveaways! For today’s card, I combined a die-embossed background, the elegant colors of the washi tape, a subtle hint of vellum and a touch of gold! Let’s get started!
To begin, I cut a strip of the Joyful Bouquet washi tape, adhered it onto a half sheet of white cardstock, carefully aligned it with the coordinating die and cut out the image. Because the die is one piece, this process is quick and easy and you’ll likely end up with some leftover to save for a future project!
To create the background, I used the embossing mat to dry emboss the Nested Chevron die onto heavy white cardstock. Next, I die cut the smaller of the Scallop Rectangle dies twice in white and once in gold, adhered them together slightly offset, then mounted it with foam tape onto the embossed Chevron panel. I wanted to add a complementary layer to the bouquet, so I stamped and heat embossed the Joyful Bouquet stamp onto vellum, in white, and die cut it. I adhered the vellum behind the Joyful Bouquet washi, then adhered both over the Scalloped Rectangle frame.
I wanted to keep the sentiment simple, so I die cut 'hello' from the Phrase Builder - Hello die set twice in white and once in gold and adhered them together then onto the bouquet. To finish the card, I mounted it onto an A2-sized top folding card base then added a few crystals as a finishing touch!
I hope my card inspired you today! If you’d like to see more projects using this washi tape (as well as the others) be sure to check out the blog post from Monday and stayed tuned for an Instagram hop tomorrow! Thank you so much for stopping by!

This card is super pretty! I love all the white textured background, that results in the bouquet taking center stage! The gold frame and hello die with the vellum is such an elegant and pretty look combined! Lovely, Lovely card!
