Hello Pinkfresh friends! It’s TaeEun here today sharing a slimline Thanks card. I was inspired by our November monthly challenge! This month it’s all about Give Thanks! The samples in the challenge graphic are so gorgeous and I love the dreamy color palette!

My card is featuring You are Amazing stamp and coordinating stencil sets and Diagonal Stripe slim stencil from our October Release.

I started off by gold heat embossing the You are Amazing stamp and colored the image using the coordinating stencil. The first layer was stenciled in Lavender and Slumber, the second layer in Summer Shower and Sapphire and the third layer in Sweet Mustard. I added some gold ink on the third layer to follow the color palette. I cut one side of the panel using one of the die from the Slim Edgers die set. I cut one more white panel using the same Slim Edgers die and ink blended it in Sapphire. I matted the colored panel with the sapphire piece and set it aside.

I also stenciled the white slimline cardbase in Sapphire, Slumber and Summer Shower using Diagonal Stripe Slim stencil and adhered the Matte gold washi tape on the top border of the cardbase.

Next I cut the letters once from white cardstock and again from golden cardstock using various letter dies. The letter “T” was cut using Lea’s Ornate Uppercase, “s” using Lea’s Ornate Lowercase and the rest of the letters was cut using the Heather Lowercase dies. I used the white letters and gold outlines. I also cut the Leafy Branch from white and gold cardstock.

I then started assembling my card. I foam mounted the colored panel on the cardbase and added the letters using foam tape. I cut the Leafy Branch in two pieces to add to the letters as shown in the picture. I finished off the card with a few dark blue Jewels. These Jewels are shining in purple when you look at them from side! Perfect for the color palette!
