A Floral Wedding Shower Card with Layered Dimension | Dana Kirby

Hi friends! It's Dana here today and I am back with a card that uses the gorgeous Lemon Blossom Crest set. I have a wedding shower next month for a special bride and I thought the Lemon Blossom Crest set would make the perfect card. I love how this set has lots of beautiful details that give you lots of possibilities from making quick and easy cards to more elaborate designs that can be used for a variety of occasions.

How to recreate this card:

1. Stamp the wreath and sentiment with the Lemon Blossom Crest stamp set and Detail Black ink. 

2. Use the Lemon Blossom Crest Stencil set to add color to your stamped images.

• Stencil 1: Coral Reef
• Stencil 2: Passion Fruit
• Stencil 3: Slumber
• Stencil 4: Sweet Mustard
• Stencil 5: Sage
• Stencil 6: Coral Reef (light handed)

3. Die cut the wreath and sentiment using the coordinating dies.

4. Die cut a second sentiment with black cardstock. Offset the black sentiment behind the white stamped die cut to create a shadow.

4. Ink blend your card panel with Slumber ink. 

5. Die cut the Diamond Lattice cover plate die from white cardstock. 

6. Adhere the Diamond Lattice panel to your ink blended (slumber) panel and then attach that to your A2 card base using liquid glue.

7. Ink blend a small oval with Sweet Mustard ink to attach behind your wreath opening.

9. Adhere the wreath and sentiment to the center of card using foam tape.
