Shipping and returns
ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
We do ship within USA and to international countries too. Occasionally, we may not be able to ship international and in that case it will be mentioned on our product description page. You will see shipping rates when you check out and they are calculated based on order amount.
Countries outside the U.S. may charge you additional taxes/duties/custom fees/brokerage fees upon delivery and they vary country to country. Please check your local customs office for more information. These fees are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
NOTE: All Canadian and International packages over four pounds may require additional shipping fees and those packages are required to ship Priority International. These fees will be requested prior to your order being shipped.
8.25% sales tax will be applied to your order if your shipping destination is within state of Texas and it will reflect in your shopping cart. We will not charge tax for orders being shipped to any other state within USA or any other international destination.
We accept all major credit cards/paypal as a method of payment.
Your financial information is protected by industrial strength encryption. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your financial information. Your financial information is used only to provide service for your orders placed and we do not share this information with outside parties.
All sales are final and no returns or exchange is allowed.
Lost/Damaged Order Policy
If your order arrived damaged then please email us at email@example.com within 5 business days upon receiving your order with pictures of damaged goods. We will make arrangements to replace your order immediately and in case of unavailability of your order products, refund will be issued. We will not issue refund if we have product in stock. We will not be responsible for damaged goods if you fail to provide us proof of damage within 5 business days after receiving your order.
An order is considered lost 45 days after shipping. In that case, we will reship your order if products that you ordered are still in stock or issue refund.
