Hello, crafty people! Happy to see you here! We've all been in a situation when we need a quick card...right? Or is it just me? So, anyway, I'd like to share with you a couple super quick cards that might help you out one day. Let's jump right in!

For my first card I used Just a Little Lovely set. It's a gorgeous floral set with great sentiments. When you need a quick card, you dont' have time for colouring, so this set is perfect as it looks beautiful just stamped or heat embossed in gold!

I decided to add some interest to this simple card by using partial die-cutting technique. I couldn't run it at an angle through my die-cutting machine (I suppose, those of you who have bigger die-cutting machines could do that), so I traced the die with a pencil and fussy cut it. This created a lovely border around the die-cut bouquet.

Jewels mix from the latest Essenials release is perfect for adding a bit of sparkle to your projects!

My second card is very similar to the first one. Only this time I went for tone-on-tone stamping.

This time I could run the card through my die-cutting machine, so it was easy to create this beautiful partially die-cut panel. And again, Jewels came in handy. I also foam mounted the die-cut image for additional interest.

For my next card I used Classic Edges dies and one of my favourite older sets: Dainty Botanicals. This gorgeous sentiment is from the You've Got This set.

I went for my favourite colour combo: kraft and shades of teal. It never lets me down!

Thank you for your time! I hope these ideas will inspire you when you need a quick card! Have a wonderful day and find time for something that makes you happy!

Natasha

I think that the scalloped edge on the last card is really pretty. I usually think of the scallop on the bottom edge so this was a nice surprise!

I was looking for the Hero Arts blog and ended up here. I’m not sure this is the right place to leave a comment for the prizes but I’ve never been to your site before and am glad to find it. Thanks!
