Our website is experiencing some glitches and it is not working the way we intended. We are trying very hard to fix everything as soon as possible and you will see the change by the end of this month. We really appreciate your patience. In the mean time here are few things that you need to know.
Because of some website glitches and technical issues more shipping is being charged (especially for
USAorders). Actual shipping for USAorders will not be more than 5.50. But we are unable to change that in our system for next 2 weeks and in that case we will issue the refund for the extra shipping charged by next business day. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience but can not make any changes to shipping charges until everything is fixed.
- You will not see order number for February kit in your account but will be charged on 2/15 for your embellsihement kit subscription and you all will receive shipping email from us with tracking no. by 2/20. We begin shipping orders on 2/18 and will be done by 2/20. This is a temporary issue and it will be resolved before the next reveal.
- When the website is fixed, you will see your account but no order history for January and February kits. We are changing our shopping platform to shopify and it will not allow us to do that. But you will see all your orders and order history starting from March.
All non subscribers
- You will have to create a new account on our website when we change our shopping platform to shopify.
We will not be able to upload all the images to design team gallery right now but we are hosting a blog hop during our reveal and our design team has created some very inspiring and creative projects using February embellishment kit. February gallery will be updated when all the changes to our website are in place by the end of this month. And we also have some fun giveaways while you are blog hoping during reveal.
